Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to paroxetine or any component of the formulation
- Concurrent use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs)
- Concurrent use with thioridazine or pimozide
- Pregnancy and lactation

In order of decreasing probability: Nausea, Drowsiness, Dizziness, Insomnia, Dry mouth, Constipation, Sweating, Decreased libido, Ejaculatory disturbance
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended starting dose for adults is 20 mg per day, taken in the morning. Depending on the patient's response, the dose may be increased by 10 mg increments at intervals of at least one week, up to a maximum of 50 mg per day.
