Terazosin
Terazosin is an alpha-adrenergic blocker used primarily to treat hypertension and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It also relaxes muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, easing urinary difficulties associated with BPH. Contraindications:

In order of decreasing probability: Dizziness, Headache, Asthenia, Nasal congestion, Nausea, Palpitations, Peripheral edema, Orthostatic hypotension
Dosing and Administration:
For benign prostatic hyperplasia, the initial dose is 1 mg at bedtime, which may be increased gradually to a maximum of 10 mg once daily. For hypertension, the initial dose is 1 mg at bedtime, which may be increased to a maximum of 20 mg per day, administered in one or two doses.
