Indications:

Contraindications:

Side effects:


In order of decreasing probability: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Rash, Allergic reactions, Anemia, Leukopenia, Thrombocytopenia, Hepatitis, Pseudomembranous colitis

Dosing and Administration:


The usual adult dose is 250-500 mg every 6 hours. Dosage may vary based on the severity of the infection and patient response. It is recommended to take the medication on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C (77°F).
