- Mild to moderate pain, including headache, toothache, and muscle pain
- Fever reduction in cases of cold or flu

Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to metamizole sodium or other pyrazolones
- Agranulocytosis or bone marrow suppression
- Severe hepatic or renal impairment
- Acute intermittent porphyria
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding

In order of decreasing probability: Rare: Agranulocytosis, Rare: Leukopenia, Rare: Thrombocytopenia, Rare: Anaphylactic shock, Rare: Skin rash, Rare: Bronchospasm, Very rare: Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Very rare: Toxic epidermal necrolysis
Dosing and Administration:
Adults and children over 15 years: 250-500 mg orally 2-3 times a day. Maximum single dose is 1 g, and maximum daily dose is 3 g. Tablets should be taken with water, preferably after meals.
Storage:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C (77°F).
