Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to metamizole sodium or other pyrazolones
- Agranulocytosis or bone marrow suppression
- Severe hepatic or renal impairment
- Acute intermittent porphyria
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Dosing and Administration:
Adults and children over 15 years: 250-500 mg orally 2-3 times a day. Maximum single dose is 1 g, and maximum daily dose is 3 g. Tablets should be taken with water, preferably after meals.
