Contraindications:

Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Aplastic anemia, Bone marrow suppression, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Headache, Blurred vision, Peripheral neuropathy, Allergic reactions
Dosing and Administration:
