Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to norfloxacin or other quinolones

Dosing and Administration:
The recommended dose for adults is 400 mg twice daily. The duration of treatment depends on the severity and type of infection. For uncomplicated urinary tract infections, the usual duration is 3-7 days. For chronic bacterial prostatitis, treatment may last up to 28 days. It is advised to take the tablets with a glass of water, at least one hour before or two hours after a meal.
