In order of decreasing probability: Common: Headache, nausea, diarrhea, Uncommon: Rash, abdominal pain, vomiting, Rare: Pancreatitis, myocarditis, nephritis, Very rare: Blood disorders, liver dysfunction

Dosing and Administration:


The recommended dosage for adults is 2-4 grams per day, divided into two or three doses. Tablets should be swallowed whole, not crushed or chewed, and taken with water. The dosage may be adjusted based on the severity of the condition and the patient's response to treatment.

Storage:


Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C (77°F).
