Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to dipyridamole or any of the excipients
- Severe coronary artery disease
- Unstable angina
- Recent myocardial infarction
- Severe hypotension
Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Headache, Dizziness, Nausea, Diarrhea, Flushing, Rash, Hypotension, Tachycardia
Dosing and Administration:
The usual adult dose is 75-100 mg taken orally three to four times daily. The dosage may be adjusted based on the patient's response and clinical condition. It is recommended to take the tablets with a full glass of water, preferably on an empty stomach.
