Rivaroxaban

Rivaroxaban is an anticoagulant medication used to prevent and treat blood clots. It is commonly prescribed to reduce the risk of stroke and deep vein thrombosis. The medication works by inhibiting Factor Xa, an essential protein in the blood coagulation process. Available in tablet form, Rivaroxaban provides a convenient oral option for managing clot-related conditions. It is often used in patients with atrial fibrillation and after certain surgeries to prevent clot formation. The tablets offer a predictable response without the need for regular monitoring. Consult with a healthcare provider for the correct dosage and duration of therapy.
