Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to menadione or any component of the drug
- Thromboembolic disease
- Hypercoagulability
- Hemolytic disease of the newborn

In order of decreasing probability: Allergic reactions, Bronchospasm, Skin rash, Itching, Erythema, Dizziness, Flushing
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended dose for adults is 10-15 mg per day. For children, the dose is determined by the physician based on age and body weight. The tablets should be taken orally with water, preferably after meals.
