Contraindications:

In order of decreasing probability: Dry mouth, Drowsiness, Dizziness, Constipation, Weight gain, Blurred vision, Urinary retention, Increased heart rate, Orthostatic hypotension, Confusion (especially in the elderly)
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended starting dose for adults is 25-50 mg per day, taken in divided doses or as a single dose at bedtime.
