Motilium is a dopamine antagonist with antiemetic properties. It enhances gastrointestinal motility and accelerates gastric emptying by blocking dopamine receptors in the gut.Indications:
- Nausea and vomiting

Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to domperidone or any of the excipients
- Prolactinoma
- Gastrointestinal hemorrhage, mechanical obstruction, or perforation
- Moderate or severe hepatic impairment
- Concomitant use with QT-prolonging drugs or potent CYP3A4 inhibitors
