Motonium is a dopamine antagonist with antiemetic properties. It works by blocking dopamine receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone, which helps to prevent nausea and vomiting.Indications:
- Nausea and vomiting of various origins

Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to domperidone or any of the excipients
- Prolactinoma
- Gastrointestinal hemorrhage, mechanical obstruction, or perforation
- Moderate or severe hepatic impairment
- Concomitant use with QT-prolonging drugs
Side effects:
