- Ischemic heart disease
- Myocardial infarction

- Hepatic diseases such as hepatitis and cirrhosis
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to inosine or any component of the drug
- Gout
- Hyperuricemia
- Severe renal impairment
Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Allergic reactions (rash, itching), Hyperuricemia, Exacerbation of gout, Tachycardia, Dizziness
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended dose is 200 mg taken orally 3-4 times a day before meals. The dose can be increased to 400 mg 3-4 times a day if well tolerated. The course of treatment is usually 1-3 months.
