Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to lornoxicam or any of the excipients

- Severe hepatic or renal impairment
- Severe heart failure

Dosing and Administration:
The recommended dose of Ksefokam for acute pain is 8-16 mg per day, divided into two doses. For chronic conditions, the dose is usually 8-12 mg per day, also divided into two doses. The tablets should be taken with water, preferably before meals.
