Dosing and Administration:
For adults with depression, the recommended starting dose is 50 mg once daily, preferably in the evening. The dose may be increased gradually by 50 mg every 4-7 days, depending on the patient's response, up to a maximum of 300 mg per day. For OCD, the starting dose is 50 mg per day, which can be increased to a maximum of 300 mg per day. Doses above 100 mg should be divided into two doses per day.
