Upsarin UPSA is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with analgesic, antipyretic, and anti-inflammatory properties. It works by inhibiting the enzyme cyclooxygenase, which results in a decrease in the formation of prostaglandins and thromboxanes, thereby reducing pain, fever, and inflammation.Indications:

Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs

Dosing and Administration:
Adults and children over 15 years: 1 tablet every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours. Tablets should be dissolved in a glass of water before ingestion. It is recommended to take the medication after meals to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort.
