- Gastrointestinal spasms

Contraindications:
- Severe liver or kidney failure
- Severe heart failure
- Hypersensitivity to drotaverine or any of the excipients
- Children under 6 years of age
Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Rare: Nausea, Rare: Constipation, Rare: Dizziness, Very rare: Allergic reactions such as rash, itching, or hives, Very rare: Low blood pressure
Dosing and Administration:
Adults: 1-2 tablets (40-80 mg) 2-3 times a day. Maximum daily dose should not exceed 240 mg. Children aged 6-12 years: 1 tablet (40 mg) 1-2 times a day. Children over 12 years: 1 tablet (40 mg) 1-4 times a day. Tablets should be taken with water and can be taken with or without food.
