Contraindications:

Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Nausea, Dyspepsia, Headache, Mild gastric complaints, Allergic skin reactions such as rash, pruritus, and urticaria
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended starting dose is 8 to 16 mg taken three times a day. The maintenance dose is usually in the range of 24 to 48 mg per day. Tablets should be taken with meals.
