Contraindications:

In order of decreasing probability: Common: headache, nasopharyngitis, arthralgia, Uncommon: nausea, diarrhea, dyspepsia, Rare: myopathy, rhabdomyolysis, liver enzyme abnormalities
Dosing and Administration:
The usual starting dose is 10 mg once daily. The dose range is 10 to 80 mg once daily. Adjustments should be made at intervals of 4 weeks or more, based on patient response and tolerance.
