Contraindications:

In order of decreasing probability: Headache, Nasopharyngitis, Arthralgia, Diarrhea, Dyspepsia, Nausea, Myalgia, Insomnia, Dizziness, Elevated liver enzymes, Rhabdomyolysis
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended starting dose of atorvastatin is 10 mg once daily. The dosage range is 10 to 80 mg once daily. Adjustments should be made at intervals of 4 weeks or more. The medication can be administered at any time of the day, with or without food.
