Contraindications:

Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Common: Dizziness, headache, fatigue, Uncommon: Cough, hypotension, nausea, Rare: Angioedema, hyperkalemia, renal impairment
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended starting dose for hypertension is 2.5 mg once daily. The dose may be adjusted based on patient response, up to a maximum of 10 mg per day. For heart failure, the initial dose is 1.25 mg once daily, which can be increased gradually. It is advised to take the medication at the same time each day, with or without food.
