Contraindications:

Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Common: Dizziness, headache, fatigue, Uncommon: Hypotension, cough, nausea, Rare: Angioedema, renal impairment, hyperkalemia
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended initial dose for hypertension is 2.5 mg once daily. The dose may be increased to 5 mg once daily after 1-2 weeks, and if necessary, to a maximum of 10 mg once daily. For heart failure, the initial dose is 1.25 mg once daily, which can be gradually increased to a maximum of 10 mg per day in divided doses.
