- Bilateral renal artery stenosis
Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Common: Dizziness, headache, fatigue, Uncommon: Cough, nausea, vomiting, Rare: Angioedema, hyperkalemia, renal impairment
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended initial dose for hypertension is 2.5 mg once daily. The dose may be increased to 5 mg or 10 mg once daily based on patient response. For heart failure, the starting dose is 1.25 mg once daily, which may be gradually increased. Dosage adjustments may be necessary for patients with renal impairment.
