Cinnarizine is a selective calcium channel blocker with antihistaminic and sedative properties. It improves cerebral blood flow by inhibiting calcium influx into vascular smooth muscle cells, leading to vasodilation. It also reduces vestibular stimulation, which helps in controlling vertigo and motion sickness.Indications:

Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to cinnarizine or any of the excipients

Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Drowsiness, Gastrointestinal disturbances, Weight gain, Headache, Dry mouth, Increased sweating, Allergic skin reactions
Dosing and Administration:
For adults, the recommended dose is 25-75 mg taken orally two to three times daily. For motion sickness, a dose of 25 mg is recommended two hours before travel and then every eight hours during the journey if necessary. The tablets should be taken after meals.
Storage:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C (77°F).
