Contraindications:

Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Common: Nausea, taste disturbances, Uncommon: Vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, Rare: Allergic reactions, rash, urticaria, Very rare: Anaphylactic reactions, including anaphylactic shock
Dosing and Administration:
