- Acute and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases associated with abnormal mucus secretion and impaired mucus transport
- Bronchitis
- Tracheobronchitis
- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
- Bronchial asthma with difficulty in expectoration
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to bromhexine or any of the excipients
- Peptic ulcer
- Pregnancy (especially the first trimester)
- Breastfeeding
- Children under the age of 6 years

Dosing and Administration:
Adults and children over 12 years: 8-16 mg three times a day. Children 6-12 years: 8 mg three times a day. The tablets should be taken with a sufficient amount of liquid after meals.
