Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug
- Severe hypertension
- Severe coronary artery disease
- Concurrent use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 14 days of stopping such treatment
- Severe renal impairment
Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Drowsiness, Dizziness, Dry mouth, Nausea, Vomiting, Increased blood pressure, Palpitations, Insomnia, Nervousness
Dosing and Administration:
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 capsule every 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 capsules in 24 hours. The capsules should be swallowed whole with water, and can be taken with or without food.
Storage:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C (77°F).
