- Cognitive disorders of atherosclerotic genesis
- Anxiety disorders in neurotic and neurosis-like conditions
- Acute myocardial infarction (as part of complex therapy)
- Primary open-angle glaucoma (as part of complex therapy)
- Relief of withdrawal syndrome in alcoholism
- Acute intoxication with antipsychotic drugs
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to the drug components
- Acute renal failure
- Acute hepatic failure
- Pregnancy and lactation

Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Nausea, Dry mouth, Allergic reactions, Drowsiness, Headache, Increased blood pressure
