- Nausea and vomiting
- Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
- Gastroparesis

Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to domperidone or any of the excipients
- Prolactinoma
- Moderate or severe hepatic impairment
- Existing cardiac conditions such as prolonged QT interval
- Concomitant use with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors

In order of decreasing probability: Headache, Dry mouth, Abdominal cramps, Diarrhea, Dizziness, Rash, Palpitations, Galactorrhea, Gynecomastia, Menstrual irregularities
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended dose for adults is 10 mg taken orally up to three times a day, 15 to 30 minutes before meals and, if necessary, before retiring. The maximum duration of continuous treatment should not usually exceed one week.
