Contraindications:

Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Dizziness, Headache, Fatigue, Cough, Nausea, Hypotension, Rash, Hyperkalemia, Renal impairment, Angioedema
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended starting dose for hypertension is 5 mg once daily. The dose may be adjusted based on blood pressure response, up to a maximum of 40 mg per day. For heart failure, the initial dose is 2.5 mg once daily, which can be increased gradually to a maximum of 20 mg per day, divided into one or two doses.
