- Hypertension

Contraindications:

- Hereditary or idiopathic angioedema
- Pregnancy and lactation

- Aortic stenosis or outflow tract obstruction
Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Cough, Dizziness, Rash, Taste disturbances, Hypotension, Elevated blood potassium levels, Renal impairment, Angioedema
Dosing and Administration:
The initial dose for hypertension is usually 12.5 mg to 25 mg two to three times daily. For heart failure, the initial dose is 6.25 mg to 12.5 mg two to three times daily, which may be increased gradually. Dosage should be adjusted based on the patient's response and clinical condition.
