Contraindications:

In order of decreasing probability: Fatigue, Dizziness, Headache, Bradycardia, Hypotension, Nausea, Diarrhea, Cold extremities, Shortness of breath, Depression
Dosing and Administration:
The usual starting dose for hypertension is 50 mg once daily, which may be increased to 100-200 mg per day depending on the patient's response. For angina pectoris, the typical dose is 100-200 mg per day, divided into one or two doses. In cases of heart failure, the dosage should be adjusted individually, starting with a low dose and gradually increasing it.
