Nebivator contains Nebivolol, a selective beta-blocker used primarily for managing high blood pressure. Nebivolol is a selective beta-1 adrenergic receptor blocker that reduces heart rate, myocardial contractility, and cardiac output, leading to a decrease in blood pressure. It also has vasodilating properties due to nitric oxide release.Indications:
- Hypertension
- Chronic heart failure
Contraindications:
- Severe bradycardia
- Cardiogenic shock
- Heart block greater than first degree
- Severe hepatic impairment
- Hypersensitivity to nebivolol or any of the excipients
Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue, Nausea, Bradycardia, Hypotension, Diarrhea, Constipation, Rash
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended starting dose is 5 mg once daily, with or without food. In patients with renal insufficiency or mild to moderate hepatic impairment, the recommended starting dose is 2.5 mg once daily. The dose may be increased to 10 mg once daily if needed.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C (77°F).
