In order of decreasing probability: Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue, Nausea, Bradycardia, Hypotension, Diarrhea, Constipation, Rash
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended starting dose is 5 mg once daily, with or without food. In patients with renal or hepatic impairment, the starting dose is 2.5 mg once daily. The dose may be increased to 10 mg once daily if needed.
Storage:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C (77°F).
