Side effects:

Dosing and Administration:
The recommended starting dose for hypertension is 4 mg once daily, which may be increased to 8 mg once daily if necessary. For heart failure, the initial dose is 2 mg once daily, which may be increased to 4 mg once daily. Dosage adjustments may be necessary for patients with renal impairment.
