In order of decreasing probability: Common: Dizziness, back pain, sinusitis, Uncommon: Hypotension, tachycardia, abdominal pain, Rare: Angioedema, renal impairment, hyperkalemia
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended dose of Telmista is 40 mg once daily. Some patients may benefit from a daily dose of 20 mg. In cases where the target blood pressure is not achieved, the dose can be increased to a maximum of 80 mg once daily.
