- Major depressive disorder

- Diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain

Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to duloxetine or any component of the formulation
- Concomitant use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs)
- Uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma
- Severe renal impairment

Dosing and Administration:
The recommended starting dose for adults is 60 mg once daily, with or without food. Depending on the patient's response and tolerability, the dose may be adjusted. Maximum recommended dose is 120 mg per day.
