Loratadine is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose.Indications:
- Allergic rhinitis
- Chronic idiopathic urticaria

Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to loratadine or any of the excipients
- Severe liver impairment
- Pregnancy and lactation

In order of decreasing probability: Headache, Drowsiness, Fatigue, Dry mouth, Nausea, Gastritis, Increased appetite, Tachycardia
Dosing and Administration:
Adults and children over 12 years: 10 mg once daily. Children 2 to 12 years with body weight more than 30 kg: 10 mg once daily. Children 2 to 12 years with body weight less than 30 kg: 5 mg once daily.
Storage:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C (77°F).
