Pharmachologic effect:

Mendilex is an anti-inflammatory and analgesic medication that works by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins, thereby reducing inflammation and pain.

Indications:


  • Relief of mild to moderate pain
  • Reduction of inflammation in conditions such as arthritis
  • Management of acute musculoskeletal disorders

Contraindications:


  • Hypersensitivity to Mendilexine or any of the excipients
  • Active peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding
  • Severe renal or hepatic impairment
  • Pregnancy and lactation

Side effects:


In order of decreasing probability: Nausea, Headache, Dizziness, Gastric discomfort, Rash, Diarrhea, Constipation

Dosing and Administration:


Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet (500 mg) every 8 hours as needed. Do not exceed 3 tablets in 24 hours. Tablets should be taken with food or a glass of water to minimize gastric irritation.

Storage:


Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C (77°F).
