Sildenafil tablets are a popular medication used to treat erectile dysfunction by enhancing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. Contraindications:

- Hereditary degenerative retinal disorders
Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Headache, Flushing, Dyspepsia, Nasal congestion, Dizziness, Visual disturbances, Back pain
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended dose is 50 mg taken as needed approximately 1 hour before sexual activity. Based on efficacy and tolerability, the dose may be increased to a maximum recommended dose of 100 mg or decreased to 25 mg. The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once per day.
