Contraindications:

Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Common: Dizziness, headache, Uncommon: Abdominal pain, diarrhea, dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting, Rare: Palpitations, extrasystoles, tachycardia, Very rare: Agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended dose is one tablet of Trimetazidine MR 35 mg twice daily, in the morning and evening, during meals. The dosage may be adjusted based on the patient's condition and response to treatment.
