In order of decreasing probability: Dizziness, Drowsiness, Nausea, Vomiting, Ataxia, Fatigue, Blurred vision, Rash, Hyponatremia, Leukopenia
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended starting dose for adults is 100-200 mg once or twice daily. The dose may be gradually increased by 100-200 mg every week until the optimal response is achieved. The usual maintenance dose is 800-1200 mg per day, divided into several doses. For children, the dosage is based on body weight and should be determined by a healthcare provider.
