Indications:

Rheumatoid arthritis
Osteoarthritis
Ankylosing spondylitis
Pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to aceclofenac or any other NSAIDs
Active peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding
Severe heart failure
Severe hepatic or renal impairment
History of asthma, urticaria, or allergic-type reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs
Pregnancy (especially in the third trimester)

Side effects:

In order of decreasing probability: Common: Dyspepsia, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, Uncommon: Dizziness, headache, rash, Rare: Gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcers, hepatic dysfunction, Very rare: Anaphylactic reactions, Stevens-Johnson syndrome

Dosing and Administration:

The recommended dose is 100 mg twice daily, taken orally with a sufficient amount of water. It is advisable to take the medication with food to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort.

Storage:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C (77°F).
