Contraindications:

Side effects:
In order of decreasing probability: Drowsiness, Gastrointestinal disturbances, Weight gain, Headache, Dry mouth, Increased sweating, Allergic skin reactions
Dosing and Administration:
For adults, the recommended dose is 25-75 mg taken orally 1-3 times daily, depending on the condition being treated. For motion sickness, 25 mg should be taken 2 hours before travel and then every 8 hours during the journey if necessary.
