In order of decreasing probability: Common: Dizziness, fatigue, nausea, Uncommon: Hyperkalemia, hypotension, tachycardia, Rare: Angioedema, renal impairment, hepatitis
Dosing and Administration:
The usual starting dose is 150 mg once daily. The dose may be increased to 300 mg once daily based on blood pressure response. It can be taken with or without food.
