Contraindications:

In order of decreasing probability: Dry mouth, Constipation, Blurred vision, Drowsiness, Dizziness, Nausea, Urinary retention, Confusion, Tachycardia
Dosing and Administration:
The recommended starting dose for adults is 2 mg, taken 2 to 3 times daily. The dose may be gradually increased by 2 mg every 3 to 5 days until the desired effect is achieved. The usual maintenance dose is 6 to 16 mg per day, divided into 3 to 4 doses. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 16 mg.
