Dosing and Administration:
For Parkinson's disease, the initial dose is 0.125 mg three times a day, gradually increased every 5-7 days. The maintenance dose ranges from 0.375 mg to 4.5 mg per day. For Restless Legs Syndrome, the recommended starting dose is 0.125 mg once daily, 2-3 hours before bedtime, which may be increased to a maximum of 0.75 mg per day.
