Dosing and Administration:
For Parkinson's disease, the initial dose is 0.125 mg three times a day, which can be increased gradually every 5-7 days. The maintenance dose ranges from 0.375 mg to 4.5 mg per day, divided into three doses. For Restless Legs Syndrome, the initial dose is 0.125 mg once daily, 2-3 hours before bedtime. The dose may be increased every 4-7 days to a maximum of 0.5 mg per day.
