Indications:

Hypertension

Dosing and Administration:

The recommended starting dose is 4 mg once daily, which may be increased to a maximum of 8 mg once daily depending on the patient's response and clinical condition. It is advised to take the medication at the same time each day, preferably in the morning before a meal.
